Location
The Province of Quebec is a mineral-rich, mining-friendly, politically and economically stable environment. Quebec rebates almost 50% of mining exploration expenditures, which provides Maudore with extremely cost-effective work programs.

Project
The Comtois Project, 100% owned by Maudore, is a high grade gold project with an NI 43-101 compliant resource report providing 524,000 ounces (uncut) in the inferred category -808,000 tons at a grade of 20.2 grams per ton.

Potential
The current resource is located from surface to 200 meters depth. Two recently drilled deeper holes successfully intersected high grade gold mineralization at depths of about 500 and 900 meters, considerably below the 200 meter cutoff on the resource. As well, there is good potential for volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineralization occurrences on the property. VMS mines and deposits are well known in this region of Quebec.

Share Structure
Maudore has approximately 16.8 million shares fully diluted, with 70% held by insiders and institutions.

Financial Position
Maudore has over $5 million cash on hand with no debt.

Maudore Minerals is well positioned for aggressive exploration of the Comtois Project, which was recently greatly expanded in size due to the potential of VMS mineralization in the area, which provided a second exploration model. Exploration programs, including drilling of new targets and expansion drilling of the known high grade zones, will be ongoing.
