Ronald Shorr, CFA – CEO/Chairman of the Board
Mining consultant involved with researching, development and financing of resource corporations for over 30 years including operations, acquisitions and fund raising. Extensive prior Wall Street experience as the senior mining analyst with Bear Stearns, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and others. Board of Directors of several public resource companies B.A. - Univ. of Michigan; M.B.A.-Harvard Business School; post-graduate courses – Columbia Univ. Henry Krumb Sch. of Mines.

Kevin Weston - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Weston received his degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University in Montreal. His previous work experience in Quebec includes serving as Mine and Mill Superintendents at the Casa Berardi Mine, Manager of Projects at the Sigma-Lamaque Mine and General Manager of Ross Finlay Mining Contractor in the Val d’Or region. He has also served at the General Manager level at various mining operations in Newfoundland, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Tunisia, Zimbabwe and Mexico.

Ron Amstutz, C.A - Chief Financial Officer
Member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants, his firm Amstutz Mackenzie & associé provides accounting services to a wide cross section of businesses, as well as merger and acquisition advisory consulting services in the Montreal area. Mr. Amstutz is a director and/or secretary-treasurer with a number of companies and director/treasurer of the Swiss-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Within the mining sector, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of Niocan Inc. since 2006 and has been auditor for the Baskatong Quartz Mine in Quebec for 20 years.

Dr. Morris J.V. Beattie, P.Eng - Director
40 years in the mining industry, including formation of a metallurgical testing company with extensive experience in all aspects of extractive metallurgy; serving various mining companies in project development, economic assessment and feasibility. Dr. Beattie also provides private mining investment services, including advisory services to a UK-based junior mining fund.

Dr. Scott Jobin-Bevans
P.Geo. Director and founding partner of Caracle Creek International Consulting. Director of several mining exploration companies and Director and current President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).

Stephen J. McGruder
 40 years in investment management, including with Lord, Abbett & Co., the Wafra Investment Advisory Group (Kuwaiti sovereign fund), and the Eberstadt Chemical Fund. Principal of SJM Capital, LLC.

Robert L Pevenstein, CPA, MBA - Director
Chairman of the Board of Copper Mesa Mining Corporation and formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New York Stock Exchange-listed United Nuclear Corporation, which was sold to General Electric in 1997.

Yale Simpson, B.A.Sc., Geological Engineering - Director
Chairman of Exeter Resource Corporation and Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. More than 30 years experience as a senior geologist, exploration manager and CEO of companies involved in precious metals projects in Australia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Argentina. He and his exploration teams are credited with the exploration and development of several gold mines.
