Hubert Marleau – Director
Founder, President/Managing Director of Palos Capital Corp.. Formerly Chairman/CEO of Marleau, Lemire Inc, Sr. Exec. V.P. at Lévesque Beaubien and Senior V.P. at Nesbitt Thompson. For over 40 years, raised funds for hundreds of companies, structured mergers and designed numerous Canadian financial deals. On Board of numerous public companies. B.S. in Economics - Univ. of Ottawa.

Terence Ortslan – Director
Independent mining analyst with TSO & Associates. Formerly, analyst with a number of leading investment firms for over 30 years, including BBN James Capel Inc., LOM, Merrill Lynch, Wood Gundy Inc., and Maison Placements. Bachelor of Engineering/Geophysics and MBA, both McGill.

Anne Slivitzky – Director
Reform Project of the Peruvian Mineral Resources Sector (PERCAN) in Peru. Past CEO of Maudore (1998-2004). Geologist with 25+ years at Roche Ltd. Consulting, Mazarin Mining, Normabec Mining and Québec Dept. of Natural Resources. Past President Québec Prospectors Assn., Board of PDAC. Bachelor and Masters in Geology - Laval U.; M.Sc. in Project Management - Univ. of Québec.

John Theobald – Director
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of London Stock Exchange listed Anglo Pacific Group PLC, which is currently Maudore's largest shareholder.Mr. Theobald is a Chartered Engineer with over thirty years of experience in mining exploration, development,finance and operations, including work with Anglo American Corporation,, Phelps Dodge,Iscor Mining, Metorex, and the major industrial minerals group SCR-Sibelco. His engineering and operations experience should help the Board as Maudore transitions from purely a gold exploration play into the pre-development phase.

David Watkins, M.Sc. – Director
Non-Executive Chairman of Atna Resources. 35 years in exploration/development, M&A, and mining operations. Formerly Senior Vice President, Exploration for Cyprus Amax Minerals. Exploration experience at Falconbridge Copper, Minnova, Newmont and Noranda. M.Sc. degree in Geology - Carleton University in Ottawa; B.A. in Geology - Queen's University.
